韦露,博士/副教授,法国图卢兹大学发育生物学博士,2021年至今任海南大学副教授。一直从事发育生物学研究,已发表学术论文15篇,其中SCI为9篇(中科院大类二区以上5篇),其中以第一作者或共同一作发表PNAS、eLife论文2篇,并已授权发明专利4项。主持国家留学基金委“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生/与法国图卢兹大学合作协议”项目1项(已结题)、国家自然科学基金委员会地区科学基金项目1项(已结题)、海南省重点研发项目1项(在研)、海南省自然科学基金高层次人才项目1项(在研)、海南大学科研启动经费1项(在研)。
团队介绍:
团队主要利用斑马鱼、小鼠等模式动物和海洋无脊椎动物为研究对象,综合运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学、生物信息学等技术,在细胞和分子水平解析单基因遗传病、热带特色药等对神经系统、循环系统、消化系统等细胞的分化、增殖、迁移、凋亡、衰老的影响,旨在系统性研究动物在生长、发育或衰老过程中,细胞应对微环境扰动的分子机理及调控机制,有助于研究先天性遗传疾病(心脏环化、内脏异位、心血管疾病)及组织损伤修复,为海南国际健康岛的建设添砖加瓦。目前,团队主持国家级项目3项、省级6项。

4. 基于线粒体损伤途径、ERK/p-PPARγ等通路研究衰老相关胰岛素抵抗的代谢分子机制。
