一、个人基本情况

   沈永义,理学博士,无党派人士,海南大学生命健康学院教授。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。


二、教育工作经历

   本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,2010年博士毕业于中科院昆明动物所,导师是张亚平院士。历任中科院昆明动物所遗传与进化国家重点实验室任副研究员,汕头大学医学院研究员。2013年-2014年,香港大学李嘉诚医学院,新发传染性疾病国家重点实验室,“香江学者计划”访问学者(合作导师:管轶教授)。2016-2026年,华南农业大学,兽医学院,动物疫病防控全国重点实验室研究员、博导;岭南现代农业科学与技术广东省实验室双聘PI。2026年至今,海南大学,生命健康学院,教授。


三、教学情况

   讲授本科生的《分子生物学》、《兽医公共卫生》和《生物信息学导论》,研究生的《高级传染病学》、《兽医生物制品学》课程。

五、研究领域

围绕“人病兽防,关口前移”的国家公共卫生防控战略,开展动物疫源疫病监测、病毒风险评估,以及高危害潜能病毒(禽流感和冠状病毒)跨种感染、拮抗宿主天然免疫分子机制研究。

国家林草局野生动物疫源疫病监控创新联盟、中国畜牧兽医学会公共卫生分会理事,多家野生动物繁育基地疫病指导专家,Frontiers in Microbiomes副主编以及Animal Diseases、Zoonotic Diseases、One Health、Microbes&Immunity等期刊编辑
