四、科研情况和研究方向
研究方向:新污染物的免疫及代谢毒性机制
聚焦“新污染物免疫与代谢毒性”这一关键科学问题,围绕新污染物(如微塑料、多环芳烃等)的环境暴露与健康风险,系统开展毒理学机制研究。通过整合多组学技术、细胞与动物模型、以及免疫代谢调控网络分析,揭示了新污染物诱导免疫应答紊乱、代谢重编程及组织损伤的潜在机制,尤其在“肠道-肝脏-脑轴”交互调控、巨噬细胞胞外诱捕网形成与细胞程序性死亡等方面取得系列创新性成果。相关研究为理解新污染物的多器官毒性及其干预策略提供了理论依据。
主要研究内容包括:
1) 新污染物的免疫毒性机制:聚焦微塑料等污染物,探讨其对巨噬细胞胞外诱捕网、炎症小体活化及免疫细胞功能的影响,揭示免疫失衡在组织损伤中的关键作用。
2) 代谢毒性及多器官互作:基于“肠道-肝脏-脑轴”等多器官交互视角,利用多组学技术解析新污染物诱导的代谢重编程、氧化应激及细胞死亡机制,阐明系统性毒性应答的网络调控机制。
3) 环境污染物联合暴露的健康风险评估:结合野外采样与实验室验证,开展污染物复合暴露的生态毒理学研究,评估人类活动干扰下污染物的潜在健康风险。
目前以第一作者身份在 Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Advanced Research、Science of the Total Environment、Environmental Pollution 等国际知名SCI期刊发表论文是十余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇。
