一、个人基本情况

林桓,男,博士,副研究员,海南大学高层次引进人才。20193月加入海南大学。

曾先后在清华大学、东京大学、株式会社岛津制作所京都总部开展研究,主要从事RNA修饰及其生理功能挖掘以及生物质谱应用开发,并获得海南省C类高层次人才。以第一作者(含共同)、共通讯作者及合作者身份在Nature CommunicationsNucleic Acids ResearchScience bulletin期刊发表研究论文篇。获得国家自然科学基金青年项目,国家自然科学基金地区项目以及多项省部级项目资助。


二、研究方向

主要使用质谱,生物化学,结构生物学等方法对广泛模式/非模式生物的RNA修饰展开深入研究。研究方向包括:新型RNA修饰鉴定,RNA修饰功能挖掘,RNA修饰与环境响应,tRNA修饰完整图谱绘制等。
