四、科研情况
主持或参与国家、省部级等科研课题26项,科研成果发表在Organic letters、Journal of agricultural and food chemistry、Frontiers in Microbiology、Journal of Natural Products、Journal of Antibiotics、Marine Genomics、IJSEM等国内外杂志上,申请授权国家发明专利6项。获海南省科技进步三等奖1项,海南大学教学成果二等奖2项。
五、研究领域
主要从事热带海洋微生物资源分离、分类鉴定、天然产物的结构鉴定、微生物基因组与次级代谢产物挖掘,活性天然产物的合成生物学以及微生物功能菌株或活性天然产物在生物农药、微生物肥料、医药抗生素、抗肿瘤先导化合物等领域的应用研究。目前建立了2000多株的热带海洋微生物资源库,发表放线菌新种10个,完成了10株放线菌新种的全基因组测序,发现的活性天然产物有阿扎霉素、替达霉素、星形孢菌素、棘霉素、放线菌素D、烟曲霉酸和环肽等。
